Jen is a Wellness Coach who has spent a number of years in the health industry. She was a personal trainer for nearly eight years, but decided to address health and wellness from a holistic approach, instead of focusing on one aspect of the spectrum. She is passionate about nutrition and how it impacts physical and mental health, and looks at how psychological symptoms can manifest due to a physiological deficiency.
